• Design and creative ideation for overall event
• Venue recommendations and site walkthroughs
• Budget tracking and payment schedules
• Vendor recommendations and communication
• Timeline creation
• Onsite presence/coordination at rehearsal
• Logistic coordination including setup and tear down of event with all vendors (i.e cake, florals, rentals)
• Styling of all décor elements
• Coordination of event flow and timing
• Assist with bridal party, family and guest needs throughout the day
• Emergency runner for any forgotten items/hiccups
• Onsite event execution staffed with lead planner and coordinator (Up to 12 hours) 
• Unlimited in-person meetings, phone calls and emails to answer every last question you may have
• Starts at least 1 year out
