Micro Wedding

Guest count is based on local and state laws, and does need to include vendors. We will plan carefully to ensure you have the lowest number of vendors onsite at any given time so you can maximize guest count.

Phase 3 - up to 10 people

Phase 4 - up to 50 people

• Two virtual planning meetings to understand your wedding vision and where your plans currently stand

• Help in the process of changing details with venue and vendors that are already booked to better suit an intimate, micro wedding

• If you need to find a new venue or any new vendors we will assist in providing recommendations and solutions to any issues that arise

• Onsite event execution (6 hours)

• Build custom event timeline and share with all vendors

• Manage vendor flow and deliveries (i.e cake, florals, rentals)

• Styling of all décor elements (ceremony, reception)

• Oversee logistics, timeline and overall flow of the day

• Assist with bride/groom needs throughout the day

• Emergency runner for any forgotten items/hiccups

• Rental Credit: $75
